SILK STEALS THE SHOW!!! Oct 29, 2007 It's common knowledge that Keith Sweat live in concert is strictly for the hardcore Keith Sweat fans only... HOWEVER... if for no other reason - this DVD is a must-have for the live performance of Silk. "Freak Me" is off the chain! It was great to see all 5 original members performing together again.

Studio Albums/CD's Are Better than Sweater Aug 19, 2007 I like Keith, however, he is not a "live" singer - his voice is not cut out for singing live on stage - not every singer can sing outside of the recording studio - some can and some cannot, unless you are Janet/Madonna/Paula/Brittney and you are dancing most of the time you are on stage, if you get my drift. But, if you are a hardcore Keith Sweat fan, then, you will want to add this to your collection.

Yikes!!! Jul 02, 2007 This disc started off very rough, Keith vocals were horrible on "I Want Her", I had to do a double take to make sure that it was actually Keith Singing, but he they manage to get somewhat better as the disc goes on. I guess his voice had to warm up? Charlie Wilson sounds fantastic on "Let's Chill" This CD brings back a lot of memories, classic Keith, but honestly, The studio version of his greatest hits is a better buy.

A mixed bag. Jun 14, 2007 Keith has finally returned to the scene with a new label, new management and a new record. Was it worth the wait? Well, let's just say he's headed in the right direction after some misses albums.
The songs on "Hotel" are fairly good and very well-produced.
He brings back the magic of some of the most memorable music recorded in R&B history to this new live CD.
He has always been a producer's artist, so he needs direction in the studio to get a solid performance with his vocals. That's here, but there is no great single that makes her shine and really gets him back out there.
He sounds enthusiastic, but has too much help in the background, which sometimes drowns out his vocals.
Keith needs a pop hit to get back on top. Let's hope the next album delivers a hit.
Close....but no cigar.
