Outstanding voice Dec 20, 2008 Like many other reviewers, I think the great songs on this CD are, You're Everything I Don't Need, Lover All Alone, Ashes and Falling. But there are lots of other very nice songs here too. This one got shuffled into my itouch twice so the songs come up more often :O)
Adding a note- One of the editors of American Songwriters Mag - listed this CD as number 3 on his list of the best 10 albums of 2008.

Outstanding Dec 06, 2008 This is an excellent CD. All the songs are good and range from emotional (Lover all Alone) to uplifting (Ashes). I listen to it alot.

New Clay Aiken CD Nov 21, 2008 This product came packaged like new and was in excellent shape. The album was a little disappointing, because there were a number of songs that I didn't really care for. However, since I am a big Clay Aiken fan, I did like most of the songs.

Very pleasant surprise Nov 18, 2008 I loved Clay on Idol and eagerly bought his first CD, only to be disappointed by the plastic sameness of the tracks (a problem with many Idol CDs it seems). His Christmas CD was, however, excellent, so I again ran out to get his next CD hoping for more of the same. Alas, it was a bunch of tired and bland covers, though his voice actually sounded OK on it. So when he released his latest CD a few months ago I didn't bother getting it. My mistake. I was given an iTunes gift card for my birthday and there was nothing I really wanted so in the end I downloaded Clay's latest album. Wow! Finally, good songs, varied songs, and a return to the voice I remember from Idol (well, almost). Since downloading it a couple of weeks ago I have hardly stopped listening to it, and it hasn't gotten tired yet. From the funky "Everything I Don't Need" to the mournful "Sacrificial Love" and the upbeat "Ashes," there isn't a bad song on the CD. I'm just sorry it took me so long to buy it.
